Job Summary
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
đź“ŤYou will serve as an integral member of the Consumer Direct Digital Marketing team to lead and implement an accelerated digital offense to establish Nike App/Nike.com as the pinnacle destination for everything Nike, inspiring Members to Join Us every day. In addition, you will act as subject matter expert of owned platforms, providing deep knowledge of the digital capabilities to maximize the channel to elevate the consumer brand experience and drive member engagement and retention. You are also expected to plan and execute centralized, seasonal engagement plans and marketing campaigns featuring priority product and brand stories to meet brand and business objectives. đź“ŤYou will uplift organic traffic through leveraging marketing planning and analytic insights while collaborating with cross-channel and Consumer Direct Stores Marketing teams to co-develop Online to Offline (O2O) marketing plans to enable connected journeys across the ecosystem. In partnership with the Analytics and Member Growth teams, you will deliver regular marketing performance analytics as well as understand and apply analytics to improve the way we communicate and connect with our consumers, promoting a test-and-learn, iterative marketing culture.
WHAT YOU BRING
📍Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in marketing (including 2+ years at App Activation) 📍Experience driving App downloads through Marketing Campaign and App Store Optimization (ASO)/Search Engine Optimization (SEO) 📍Hands-on expertise on marketing analytics, deriving useful insights and applying findings, along with creative marketing planning skills. 📍Strong oral and written communication skills (in both English and Korean) including meeting facilitation and making strategic recommendations and persuasive presentations to leadership. 📍Excellent organizational and project leadership skills with proven ability to juggle between the details and big picture, manage multiple and competing projects and priorities as a team player with experience working collaboratively and effectively in a matrix organization. 📍Comfortable with a culture of always-on testing and learning, including the rapid application of consumer signals into strategy, planning, and content iteration. 📍Ability to thrive within a fast-paced, high energy, skilled team of marketers that have a passion for sport and culture and creating meaningful connections between consumers and the Nike brand.
